Welcome New Executive Assistant Laura Coffey

Renewed Health is happy to announce our new Office Assistant, Laura Coffey.  After spending years managing retail, Laura jumped feet first into complementary and alternative medicine by joining the team at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine (then Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin) in 2002.  Helping foster many large projects, both academic and clinical; Laura worked with the AOMA team to achieve local & regional degree granting authority for the college, as well as expanding clinical operations from 4 to 13 offerings.  This includes satellite clinics at the Bastrop fire relief, Austin Pain Associates, and GoodHealth Commons at Seton Williamson Medical Center.  In 2015, Laura left AOMA to join the rapidly growing group of doctors at Austin Sports Medicine.  There she helped to manage the expansion to include onboarding of 7 new doctors, AST becoming the chiropractic provider for the Apple Wellness Center, and opening clinical offerings at D1 Sports in Georgetown & River Place Country Club.  In June of 2018 Laura joined the team here at Renewed Health, working closely with AOMA Graduate Dr. Sandy Schwartz.  She is happy to return to her acupuncture roots, bringing her expertise in clinic management and marketing to Renewed Health and hopes to continue to offer the best quality of care available in Central Texas.
